Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days.
Some factors can affect processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during busy seasons. In these cases, we’ll reach out to you by email before proceeding with the order to make sure it’s delivered successfully.
Shipping Time
Shipping generally takes 7–10 business days within the United States and 10–14 business days for international orders.
Some factors affecting shipping are beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Holiday seasons
- Errors by the shipping carrier
Even though we have limited control over these, we’ll do our best to keep you informed with all the information available to us.
Taxes and Duties
Placing an order with us does not cover any customs taxes or duties your country may charge on incoming packages. These charges are your responsibility. If you have questions about the rates, please contact your country’s customs office.
Important: Muttbud cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country. The release of your package is entirely up to the customs authorities and is outside our control.
Order Cancellation
If you’d like to cancel an order after payment, contact us at hello@muttbud.com and we’ll do our best to help. However, we can’t guarantee cancellation, as orders are sent to our warehouse quickly. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, and you’ll need to request a return instead.
